NOTICE - SPECIAL CHRISTMAS CONDITIONS
Due to the high volume of orders during the Christmas season and the high volume of transport companies that carry out deliveries, Spaccio only undertakes to deliver online orders placed up until 18 December.
After the indicated date, some constraints may arise, so we suggest that you plan in advance to ensure that you receive your gifts on time!
To ensure that deliveries are made before Christmas, orders may be delivered by the carrier directly to the service points closest to your address.
Deliveries to Service Points are the (temporary) solution to ensure that orders are delivered on time, so we thank our customers for their understanding and availability.
Christmas Exchanges and Returns
Due to the Christmas shopping period, orders placed from November 15th can be exchanged/returned until December 30, 2024.
Note : For all other orders, the usual deadlines remain: 15 days after receipt of the order.

If after your purchase at SPACCIO online store you are not satisfied with an item, you have 15 working days after receiving your order to exchange it for another size/item, a gift voucher or make a return! Follow the steps below to make exchanges or returns at SPACCIO.
You can exchange/return an item in 3 ways!
1 - EXCHANGE / RETURN BY MAIL
1. 1 - Prepare your order with the delivery note
In the case of exchange/return, you must always fill out the form. Indicate which item(s) you wish to exchange and the item(s) you wish to receive (with reference, color and size).
Please pack your items securely in their original packaging and include the delivery note inside your order.
Leave the shipping details visible on the outside of the order
1.2 - Send your order
Send your order by registered mail or with acknowledgement of receipt (optional) to our headquarters (address indicated on the exchange and return form) or:
Once your order has been delivered to us, we will begin sending the new items or refunding the value of the item/s within a period of up to 10 business days. Exchanges can take between 2 and 5 business days.
Note: If in case of exchange the desired size/item is not available, we will refund the value of the item in question.
Please note that, in the case of returns by post, SPACCIO will not accept shipments with payment to the recipient or cash on delivery and shipping costs will not be refunded.
2 - EXCHANGE/COLLECTION WITH COURIER (ONLY FOR MAINLAND PORTUGAL)
We will send a courier to collect the order from your address. Once the item arrives at our headquarters (and after analysis of the brand's control and quality), the return or exchange will be made within a period of up to 5 working days.
To request collection at your home or at an alternative address, you must contact Customer Support using the following means:

- Mon-Fri from 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 4pm
And we will send a courier to collect your order!
This service costs €4.90.
Note : If the new order is worth €99 or more, no new shipping cost will be charged.
In case of Return
SPACCIO will schedule the collection of your order with you.
Sending the invoice and the Exchange and Returns form (duly completed) is mandatory .
If you have paid for your order by MB, MBway, Payshop or Credit Card, the refund will be made via bank transfer (You must indicate the IBAN on the Exchange and Returns Form).
If payment was made via Paypal, MBway or Credit Card, you can opt for a refund using the same payment method, simply indicate this on the form.
The refund will be made within a period of up to 10 business days, after we have received your order in our warehouse.
EXCHANGE/RETURN AT A PHYSICAL SPACCIO STORE

2. Place the item you wish to exchange or return in the box
In the case of exchange/return, you must always fill out the Exchange and Return Form – indicate which item(s) you wish to exchange and which item(s) you wish to receive (with reference, color and size).
Please pack your items securely in their original packaging and include the delivery note inside your order.
Leave the shipping details visible on the outside of the order and deliver it to the store cashier.
You will be asked by store employees to sign a delivery receipt for your order for your safety.
REIMBURSEMENT
Important: Indicate on the Exchange and Returns Form the method in which you wish to receive the refund (bank transfer, refund to your credit card or to your Paypal account).
The refund will be made within 10 working days after we have received your order at our warehouse.
Note: if you have paid for your order by cash on delivery, the refund will be made via bank transfer. You must indicate the NIB/IBAN on the Exchange and Returns Form.

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Items to be exchanged or returned must be in the same condition as when received. The label must be intact and the invoice must be sent together with the item(s).
For hygiene reasons, bras, bikini bottoms and swimsuits have a protective sticker. If you wish to return these types of items, it is essential that you keep the sticker.
If the exchange or return is made due to a defect in the item or due to an error by SPACCIO, please contact our Customer Support before sending the item. A courier will be sent to collect your order at no cost to you – Contact us:

In cases where the exchange or return is made because the customer did not like the item or because it did not fit, the customer bears the cost of sending the item to the company's headquarters as well as, in the case of an exchange, the costs of the 2nd shipment.
Note: Spaccio reserves the right not to exchange/return items that show signs of misuse/maintenance as well as defects caused by improper use. All items are subject to assessment by the brand's quality control department.
