Who is responsible/controller of your personal data?
This Website is operated under the name SPACCIO Online and is owned by the Portuguese company PEARLBLUE UNIPESSOAL LDA., NIPC/NIF 515838772, with registered office at Rua dos capelistas, nº30, 1º - sala 3, 4700-307 Braga (Portugal). The user has the right to the protection of his/her personal data, in accordance with the provisions of current Portuguese legislation on data protection and the General Data Protection Regulation.
What types of personal data do we collect?
We will collect personal data that you send to us, for example, when you place orders, contact our customer service or enter competitions. The personal data that you send to us may include, for example, contact information (first name, last name, email address, address, telephone number, mobile phone number) and date of birth. In addition, we may collect certain personal data from external sources, such as address updates.
We do not store credit card details . When choosing to pay by credit card, the customer is redirected to the secure Redunicre website where the information entered is sent via an encrypted form and the company Greenbrands (SPACCIO) does not have access to this data.

SPACCIO reserves the right to make any modifications it deems appropriate to its website without prior notice, and may change, delete or add both the content and services provided through it and the way in which they are presented or located on its portal.
How do we use your personal data?

Right of access

Right to data portability

Who has access to your personal data?
By registering on this Website, the Customer declares that he/she has read our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and that he/she consents to the processing of the information and data provided and declares that all information or data provided to us is true and corresponds to reality.

Liability arising from the use derived from the WEB page
SPACCIO shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for any damages or losses of any nature that may arise, such as, for example: errors or omissions in the contents, lack of availability of the portal or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the contents, despite having adopted all the necessary technological measures to avoid this.
From the customer's website it is possible to be redirected to content on third-party websites.
