Who is responsible/controller of your personal data?

This Website is operated under the name SPACCIO Online and is owned by the Portuguese company PEARLBLUE UNIPESSOAL LDA., NIPC/NIF 515838772, with registered office at Rua dos capelistas, nº30, 1º - sala 3, 4700-307 Braga (Portugal).  The user has the right to the protection of his/her personal data, in accordance with the provisions of current Portuguese legislation on data protection and the General Data Protection Regulation.

What types of personal data do we collect?

We will collect personal data that you send to us, for example, when you place orders, contact our customer service or enter competitions. The personal data that you send to us may include, for example, contact information (first name, last name, email address, address, telephone number, mobile phone number) and date of birth. In addition, we may collect certain personal data from external sources, such as address updates.

We do not store credit card details . When choosing to pay by credit card, the customer is redirected to the secure Redunicre website where the information entered is sent via an encrypted form and the company Greenbrands (SPACCIO) does not have access to this data.

The user undertakes to make appropriate use of the contents of the Web and is obliged to:

SPACCIO reserves the right to make any modifications it deems appropriate to its website without prior notice, and may change, delete or add both the content and services provided through it and the way in which they are presented or located on its portal.

How do we use your personal data?

We may use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To create and manage your personal account in the SPACCIO online store;

Right of access

The holder of personal data has the right to obtain confirmation from SPACCIO as to whether or not data concerning him/her are being processed and, where applicable, to access his/her personal data and access the information provided for by law.

Right of rectification

The holder of personal data has the right to obtain from SPACCIO, without undue delay, the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data concerning him/her.

Right to erasure of data (“right to be forgotten”)

The holder of personal data has the right to ask SPACCIO to delete his/her data without undue delay, and SPACCIO has the obligation to delete personal data when, in particular, one of the following reasons applies:

a) The personal data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected or processed;

b) The data subject has withdrawn his/her consent for the processing of data (in cases where the processing is based on consent) and there is no other basis for said processing;
c) The data subject objects to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate interests that justify the processing.

Right to restriction of processing

The data subject has the right to obtain from SPACCIO the restriction of processing, if, in particular, one of the following situations applies:

a) Contest the accuracy of personal data, for a period that allows SPACCIO to verify its accuracy;

c) SPACCIO no longer needs the personal data for processing purposes, but such data is required by the data subject for the purposes of declaring, exercising or defending a right in legal proceedings;

d) If you have objected to the processing, until it is verified that the legitimate reasons of the controller prevail over those of the data subject.

Right to data portability

Who has access to your personal data?

By registering on this Website, the Customer declares that he/she has read our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and that he/she consents to the processing of the information and data provided and declares that all information or data provided to us is true and corresponds to reality.

To ensure that all card purchases are made as securely as possible, all information is sent in encrypted form. For purchases made by card, we work with an authorised payment agent (REDUNICRE) who helps us to verify directly with your bank whether your card is valid for purchases. Our payment agent processes your card data in accordance with the international security standard PCI DSS. This means that your card data is processed with a very high level of security. SPACCIO is concerned about the privacy and security of minors on the Internet. The SPACCIO website is intended for the general public and is not intended for use by minors.

Liability arising from the use derived from the WEB page

SPACCIO shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for any damages or losses of any nature that may arise, such as, for example: errors or omissions in the contents, lack of availability of the portal or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the contents, despite having adopted all the necessary technological measures to avoid this.

The Website has been inspected and tested to ensure that it functions correctly. In principle, correct operation can be guaranteed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round.
