NOTICE - Special Christmas Conditions
Due to the high volume of orders during the Christmas season and the high volume of transport companies that carry out deliveries, Spaccio only undertakes to deliver online orders placed up until 18 December.
After the indicated date, some constraints may arise, so we suggest that you plan in advance to ensure that you receive your gifts on time!
Due to the Christmas shopping period, orders placed from November 15th can be exchanged/returned until December 30th, 2024.
Note : For all other orders, the usual deadlines remain: 15 days after receipt of the order.

BUY ONLINE
1. Register
To place orders in the online store it is not necessary to register in the online store, however having an account in the store makes future orders easier.
If you want to register, click on To enter at the top of the home page www.spaccio.pt and follow the instructions.
By filling in the requested data you will create a password to access the online store (keep it safe).
2. Log in
Go to www.spaccio.pt (“Login” at the top of the page) and Enter your login details: email and password and click on the “ Login” button.
3. Place your order
Choose the item, then choose the color and size and click on “Add” to place the item(s) you wish to purchase in your Shopping Cart. To complete your purchase, click on “View Cart” and then click on “ Finalize Purchase ”.
*If you are not logged in yet, you will see the option “ Already registered? Please log in below .” You must enter your email address and password to log in and complete your order. If you have never registered with SPACCIO (this is your first purchase) you must click on “ Register to create an account ”.
Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your order.
The order will ONLY be shipped after payment (except for deliveries made by cash on delivery/credit card and Paypal, which are processed immediately). On the day the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the notification.

THE SPACCIO has different delivery methods at your disposal.

Items purchased from the SPACCIO online store will be delivered to your home via a carrier and will take approximately 5 working days*.

2. To the Islands
For deliveries made to the Madeira and Azores archipelagos, the value of shipping costs are €9.50 .
For orders of equal value or above €159 shipping is free.
Shipping takes up to 10 days working days* (approximately) and transport will only be carried out by CTT to your home.
*Note : In case of delays in the delivery of orders, for reasons beyond our control, SPACCIO cannot be held responsible since transport depends entirely on the carrier at this stage.
NOTICE
- Shipping costs may be modified at any time and without prior notice. Such change will be applicable from the moment the modification is included in the help pages and in the contract published on this Website. In any case, the shipping costs that appear at the time of placing the order will be valid.

EXPEDITION
Items will only be shipped after payment.
Orders paid before 2:00 pm are shipped the same day (except in cases of stock shortages or if the order has to be transferred between stores)
Payment validation via bank transfer may take up to 3 days. For your order to be shipped as soon as possible, please send us proof of the bank transfer to: geral@spaccio.pt.
