NOTICE - Special Christmas Conditions
Due to the high volume of orders during the Christmas season and the high volume of transport companies that carry out deliveries, Spaccio only undertakes to deliver online orders placed up until 18 December.
After the indicated date, some constraints may arise, so we suggest that you plan in advance to ensure that you receive your gifts on time!
Due to the Christmas shopping period, orders placed from November 15th can be exchanged/returned until December 30, 2024.
Note : For all other orders, the usual deadlines remain: 15 days after receipt of the order.

HOW TO ORDER
If you do not want to make the purchase in the Online Store, you can send us your order.
1. Order by email
To order you can contact our Customer Support directly.
Please email your request to: geral@spaccio.pt
Send us your order (SKU.COLOR.SIZE) along with your details (email, name, address and telephone number).

BUY ONLINE
1. Register
To place orders in the online store it is not necessary to register in the online store, however having an account in the store makes future orders easier.
If you want to register, click on To enter at the top of the home page www.spaccio.pt and follow the instructions.
By filling in the requested data you will create a password to access the online store (keep it safe).
2. Log in
Go to www.spaccio.pt (“Login” at the top of the page) and Enter your login details: email and password and click on the “ Login” button.
3. Place your order
Choose the item, then choose the color and size and click on “Add” to place the item(s) you wish to purchase in your Shopping Cart. To complete your purchase, click on “View Cart” and then click on “ Finalize Purchase ”.
*If you have not yet logged in, you will see the option “ Already registered? Please log in below .” You must enter your email address and password to log in and complete your order. If you have never registered with SPACCIO (this is your first purchase) you must click on “ Register to create an account ”.
Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your order.
The order will ONLY be shipped after payment (except for credit card and Paypal shipments, which are processed immediately). On the day the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the notification.
NOTE: AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER YOU HAVE 24 HOURS TO MAKE PAYMENT (ATM). After 24 hours your order will be automatically cancelled.
CHOOSE DELIVERY METHODS
THE SPACCIO has different delivery methods at your disposal.

2. Collection at a SPACCIO store (contact Customer Service to request in-store delivery)
In this case, shipping will always be free and delivery will take up to 5 working days. You will receive an alert text message and an email confirming the shipping date of your order. It will be available for collection in store on the next working day after the alert.

Orders can be tracked using the item number, which will indicate at any time where the goods are located until they are finally received.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payment must be made within a maximum period of 24 hours after the order date.
After this period, SPACCIO is not responsible for reserving items.

EXPEDITION
Items will only be shipped after payment, except in the case of credit card.
Payment validation via bank transfer may take up to 3 days. For your order to be shipped as soon as possible, please send us proof of bank transfer to: geral@spaccio.pt. Payment validation via MBWay may take up to 1 day (communication time between banks).
Attention: the MBWay payment request is only valid for 5 minutes.
If you do not make the payment within this period, you will have to repeat the order.
